The John Pendleton Show Home

About the Show

The John Pendleton Show is a current-events driven program presented in an entertaining and provocative style. We present a conservative, Judeo-Christian world view in a sea of post-modern confusion. In the first hour, we present a news digest, while the second hour is normally reserved for a significant guest with a positive passionate message. We invite callers to join in the conversation at 1-877-300-1776.

He attended Holderness (Episcopal) School in Plymouth New Hampshire where he served as Vice-President of the School, Editor of the school newspaper and captain of both cross-country and track teams. He received the Haslam Award as the school's top scholar-athlete in 1969. John graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in American Civilization and spent six months at Williams travelling the heartland studying American culture and institutions. While at Williams, he set sixteen college records in track, was captain of the cross-country team and won the Purple Key Award as the "senior letter-winner who best exemplifies leadership, team-spirit, ability and character." John won the 1982 Foxtrotter Marathon in a time of 2:24.12.

At Virginia Theological Seminary in 1977. After entering the Episcopal ministry and serving congregations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Florida, John left to work on Wall Street as a financial advisor in 1993. He began The John Pendleton Show in August 2002 as his response to 9/11. John has been married twenty-six years. He and his wife have three (virtually) grown children. A voracious reader, John enjoys politics, culture.,religion and history. He is a lousy golfer, but loves to exercise, travel and especially spending time with his wife and children. He is free to die any time now, since the Red Sox have won the World Series.
